My Cub Cadet 140 is a gas engine — does the same switch fit diesel Lo-Boys?

Yes. The Lo-Boy 154/184/185 are gas engines too, so the standard 3-position rotary works the same. There is no pre-heat / glow-plug position needed for these models.

Will this work for the V2203-E (Bobcat 763 emissions engine)?

No — the new switch ships with new keys cut to the new lock cylinder. Your old keys won't operate this new switch. Keep the new keys on your ring.

How do I wire it?

The terminals are marked B (battery), I (ignition), S (starter), and G (ground/accessory). Match your existing harness to those terminals. If your wires aren't labeled, refer to your Cub Cadet service manual for the dash wiring diagram before connecting.
