SHIPPING POLICY


Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States.

What's Included:

  • Standard ground shipping via our preferred carriers
  • No minimum order required
  • Tracking information provided
  • Signature may be required for high-value items

Delivery Time:

  • 3-7 business days after order is processed and shipped
  • Transit time varies based on your location and distance from our California warehouse

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Processing Schedule:

  • Orders received by 3:00 PM PST are typically processed the same day
  • Orders received after 3:00 PM PST are processed the next business day
  • Business days: Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
  • No weekend processing - orders placed Saturday/Sunday ship on Monday

During Peak Seasons:

  • Processing may take 2-3 business days during high-demand periods
  • We'll notify you if your order experiences any delays

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Note: Expedited shipping costs vary significantly based on part size, weight, and destination. Large or heavy tractor parts may require freight shipping at premium rates.

Freight Shipping (Heavy/Large Items):

  • Regional freight carriers
  • Liftgate service available (additional fee)
  • Inside delivery available (additional fee)

Carrier Selection:

  • We select the most appropriate carrier based on part size, weight, and destination
  • You cannot request a specific carrier for free shipping orders
  • Carrier requests accommodated for expedited orders when possible

Large or Heavy Item Shipping

Some tractor parts require special handling:

Items that may require freight shipping:

  • Engines and engine blocks
  • Transmissions
  • Axles and drive shafts
  • Large implement parts
  • Palletized orders
  • Items over 150 lbs

Freight Shipping Details:

  • Curbside delivery is standard (driver unloads to curb/driveway)
  • Liftgate service available for additional fee (if you don't have loading dock or forklift)
  • Inside delivery available for additional fee
  • Business addresses typically receive faster freight service
  • Residential addresses may have limited delivery options

You'll be contacted if freight shipping is required:

  • We'll provide freight quote before shipping
  • You can approve or modify delivery options
  • Signature required at delivery

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

P.O. Boxes:

Limited availability

  • Small parts only (under 10 lbs)
  • Ships via USPS only
  • Large or heavy parts cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Provide physical address for tractor parts whenever possible

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:

We ship to military addresses

  • Ships via USPS Priority Mail
  • Free shipping applies to APO/FPO addresses
  • Delivery time: 10-21 business days (depending on location)
  • Some large items may not be eligible
  • Contact us to verify if your part can ship to military address

Delivery Requirements

Signature Required:

  • Orders over $500 require signature at delivery
  • High-value parts may require adult signature (21+)
  • Someone must be present to sign

Missed Delivery:

  • Carrier will leave notice with redelivery instructions
  • Most carriers attempt delivery 3 times
  • After 3 attempts, package returns to our warehouse
  • Reshipment fees may apply

Business vs. Residential:

  • Indicate if shipping to business address (can expedite freight)
  • Provide business hours if applicable
  • Let us know if loading dock or forklift available

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Address must include:

  • Full street address (no abbreviations recommended)
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
  • City, State, ZIP code
  • Phone number (for carrier delivery questions)

Address Changes:

  • Once order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address
  • Contact us immediately (within 1 hour of order) if you need to update
  • After shipment, contact the carrier directly to request address change (fees may apply)

Incorrect Address:

  • If package is returned due to incorrect address provided, you'll be charged for reshipping
  • Verify address carefully before completing your order

Shipping Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • High order volume during peak seasons
  • Customs delays (for Canada shipments)
  • Remote or hard-to-access delivery locations

We will notify you if:

  • Your order is delayed beyond normal timeframe
  • Part is temporarily out of stock
  • Shipping method needs to be changed

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages:

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or mailroom
  2. Verify delivery address on tracking
  3. Contact us within 3 days of "delivered" status
  4. We'll file claim with carrier and resolve quickly

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll investigate with carrier
  • Replacement or refund provided once loss is confirmed

Damaged Packages:

If package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately (before opening)
    • Photograph all sides of box
    • Photograph any visible damage
    • Photograph packing materials
  2. Inspect contents carefully
  3. Contact us within 24 hours with photos
  4. Keep all packaging - carrier may need to inspect

We'll handle it:

  • File damage claim with carrier
  • Send replacement part immediately (if in stock)
  • OR issue full refund
  • Arrange pickup of damaged part (if needed)
  • No cost to you for our carrier's damage

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or don't claim package:

  • Package returns to our warehouse
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Refund issued minus return shipping cost
  • 15% restocking fee may apply (for non-defective returns)

Exception: If part is defective or we shipped wrong item, full refund with no fees


Order Splitting

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Items may ship separately to get them to you faster
  • You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
  • No additional shipping charges for split shipments
  • Free shipping still applies to entire order

Backorders & Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock:

  1. We'll contact you with options:
    • Wait for restock (we'll ship when available - no extra cost)
    • Cancel that item (partial refund)
    • Cancel entire order (full refund)
  2. ETA provided when available
  3. No charge for delayed shipping on backordered items

You choose how to proceed - we're flexible!


Shipping Insurance

All orders are automatically insured at no extra cost:

  • Full value coverage included
  • Protects against loss or damage during transit
  • Claims handled by us - you don't deal with carrier

For orders over $1,000:

  • May require additional insurance documentation
  • Signature required at delivery

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays:

  • Processing times may extend to 2-3 business days
  • Carrier delays more common
  • Order early to ensure timely delivery

Holiday Cutoff Dates:

  • Posted on our website before each major holiday
  • Email notifications sent to customers
  • Consider expedited shipping for time-sensitive needs

Federal Holidays (No Shipping):
