How do I confirm this tilt cylinder kit fits my Bobcat S185 and not the lift cylinder?

The tilt cylinder on the S185 controls the bucket curl angle and is connected directly to the back of the bucket. It is a smaller cylinder than the lift cylinders running along the loader arms. This kit is specifically for that tilt cylinder, sized at 1-1/4" rod and 2-1/2" bore. Measure your cylinder rod diameter before ordering — if it measures 1-1/4", this is your kit.

What's the difference between this kit (6806330) and the tilt cylinder kit for the older 753/763 series (SKU 2508 / 7196894)?

Different machine generations, different cylinder specs. The 7196894 kit fits the older 700-series machines (753, 763, 773, 7753). This kit (6806330) is engineered for the newer G-Series and M-Series S and T models — S150, S160, S175, S185, S205, T180, and T190.
