Does this head come with the valves already installed or do I need to source them separately?

This is a complete assembly — the head comes with all intake and exhaust valves and valve guides pre-installed. It's ready to bolt on after installing the head gasket and setting valve clearances. No additional valve sourcing or machining is required, which is one of the main advantages of this complete head over sourcing a bare head and valves separately.

My V1902 head is warped from overheating — can it be resurfaced instead, or should I replace it?

If the head is warped less than 0.05mm, resurfacing is usually viable. Beyond that, or if there are cracks near coolant passages or combustion chambers, replacement is the safer and often more cost-effective option — especially at $359.99 for a complete head with valves included versus the machining, valve replacement, and guide work cost on a damaged head.
