Why is the same rod listed under 4 OEM numbers?

Kubota revised the part number across production runs. 16851-22010, 22012, 22015, 22017 all share the same dimensional spec and are physically interchangeable across D722/D782/D902/Z482/WG972 engines. Any of those OEM numbers will work.

Are rod bolts included?

No — only the connecting rod itself. Rod bolts should be replaced any time the rod cap is removed; order Kubota rod bolt set separately. Reusing old bolts on a rebuild is risky and can lead to stretch failure.

How many do I need to rebuild my engine?

D722, D782, D902, WG972 are all 3-cylinder, so order 3. Z482 is a 2-cylinder, so order 2. Always replace as a complete set during a rebuild — never mix old and new rods in the same engine.
