What do the 3 positions do?

Off / Headlights only / Headlights + work lights (or similar Ford layout depending on tractor wiring). Position 1 is off, position 2 powers the headlamps, position 3 adds the work / flood lights or high beams. Reference your Ford wiring diagram for exact terminal mapping.

This switch is "Non-Fused" — do I need to add a fuse?

Your tractor's original wiring should already have a fuse or fusible link upstream of this switch. If yours doesn't (some early Fords were unfused), now is a good time to add an inline fuse to protect the lighting circuit.

Is the knob included?

Yes — the square knob is attached and comes with the switch. Mounting nut is included too. You just need to wire the 4 spade terminals to your existing harness.
