Are both keys included or do I need to order them separately?

Both keys are included. They come pre-cut to the switch lock cylinder so you can install and run.

Will this work on Case IH equipment NOT listed (like later G/H series)?

The 282775A1 / AR58126 part covers a wide range of older Case IH crawlers and industrial machines. If your service manual references any of the listed OEM cross-reference numbers, it will fit. If you can pull your old switch and compare mounting hole pattern and terminal layout, that's the safest check.

How do I bench-test the switch?

With a multimeter on continuity, in the OFF position you should see no continuity between battery (B) and ignition (I) terminals. In RUN position B and I should close. In START you should see B-S close momentarily. If any of those positions don't change correctly, the switch is bad.
