Will this fit my 190XT specifically?

Yes. The 190 and 190XT (Series III, Series IV) all share the same dashboard layout and gauge specs. This kit fits both the standard 190 and the 190XT.

Is the tachometer mechanical (cable-driven) or electric?

The Allis Chalmers D19/D21 and 170-220 series tractors use a mechanical cable-driven tachometer. The tachometer in this kit is built for that drive system. If your old tach cable is also broken or stretched, replace it at the same time.

Are sending units included?

No — gauges only. Replace the temperature, fuel, and oil pressure sending units if your old ones are suspect. A bad sender will make a brand-new gauge look broken. Confirm with a test light or ohmmeter before installing.
